We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Investor Relations and Investment Principal with a background of raising capital for corporations or other entities in the financial market to work for Delta Capita’s parent company, Prytek - A Multinational Technology Group with a focus on building and investing in technology and delivering managed services in the Financial Services, Cyber & Tech Education, and HR sectors.

The Role and Responsibilities
- Support CEO and CFO in building investment case for the business to potential investors
- Build equity and capital through a sound growth story and strategy
- Possess a keen understanding of the market, investment banking trends, and financial forecasts
- Create a valuation model for the client/company which analyses risks, variables, and other essential factors
- Prepare materials for investment meetings
Key skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related discipline
- Prior work experience in an investment bank or investment business
- Knowledge of the latest market trends and developments in the financial investment sector
- Expertise in M&A and securities regulations
- Extensive experience communicating to investors across private equity transactions and IPO
