An iOS Technical Lead, who will have a passion for technical ownership and finding innovative solutions to enhance the FollowScores app. FollowScores is a new football scores app and our goal is to continue to grow its user base over the coming years, introducing new and innovative features as part of its development roadmap. Working in the FollowScores product space, you will be working alongside a growing team of talented engineers; leading solutions from conception to release and owning the technical governance of the Swift codebase. You will work collaboratively with the team leads, product manager, and other technical leads to define technical solutions to enhance the FollowScores app. This will include feature development, issue resolution, performance improvements, production tooling, and automation. The day-to-day work is interesting and fast-paced amidst a hardworking and delivery-focused Company ethos. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready to tackle some of technology’s greatest challenges. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Experience in developing scalable applications for Apple iOS devices. Technically strong in Swift. Knowledge of performance testing Swift applications. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. Experience with CI and CD processes that integrate with TestFlight and AppStore. Keen sense of ownership and autonomy. Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. Main Responsibilities

Supporting and enhancing our Swift codebase. Ensuring coding patterns are consistent and of high quality. Identifying technical areas of improvement. Contributing to solution and estimate proposals. Supporting the testing function in the test cycle of the customer-facing application. Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends. Assisting and mentoring less experienced application developers.
