IoT Edge AI Product Director (Hiring Immediately)

In this role within the IoT Line of Business you will be leading the AI product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams and with lead partners to create a comprehensive solution of ML accelerator hardware, firmware, tools and ecosystem that brings AI inference to the edge. Arm has revolutionised multiple industries and is now defining the future of AI on edge computing. The IoT Line of Business is rapidly moving inference from being a cloud centric compute, to a distributed local computing experience with all the benefits of reduced latency, privacy and cost this change will deliver. Job Overview: In this role within the IoT Line of Business you will be leading the AI product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams and with lead partners to create a comprehensive solution of ML accelerator hardware, firmware, tools and ecosystem that brings AI inference to the edge. Responsibilities:

Define and implement the IoT Edge AI platform and product strategy making Arm Edge solutions the most accessible and preferred platforms for inference. Develop a comprehensive product story, including software, firmware, AI accelerators and tools through close collaboration with the relevant product managers. Plan and lead the AI technology roadmap feeding into multiple products. Collaborate with engineering teams to define Edge AI products, ensuring they meet market requirements, drive innovation and shape product roadmaps. Provide first-line product marketing support to lead customers, including creating and presenting value propositions, collateral, and competitive positioning. Lead customer engagements to gather feedback on workloads and features. Required Skills and Experience:

Deep understanding of delivering AI inference on edge computing, or cloud platforms. Ability to engage with senior executives and engineering teams to align product strategies and objectives. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams. At least 5 years of proven experience in a related field, working with OEMs, ecosystem partners and engineering teams across all levels up to senior executives. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

Experience of AI/ML workloads (model deployment, quantization, acceleration). AI accelerator domain experience. In Return:
