IP Paralegal

to provide support to the IP team, supporting all formalities-based activities relating to intellectual property. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with preparing and filing documents and forms for UK, EP, PCT and US patent and trademark filings. Monitoring all incoming correspondence regarding IP filings, due dates and searches, docketing and updating files as appropriate and liaising with attorneys. The successful candidate will have: At least 2+ years of experience handling IP formalities. Proficient in the use of IP rights management software and docketing tools. Working knowledge of UK, EP, PCT and foreign patent formalities, laws and rules.
