Are you seeking a great opportunity within Patent Support? We are working with a highly reputable law firm, who are seeking an IP Records / Renewals Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll need over a year’s experience working within a busy patent records or renewals department. The CIPA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not a deal breaker. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong deadline management skills and good attention to detail. Within this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of paralegal administration tasks including: Processing official communications. Preparing accurate and timely responses to clients / IPOs. Generating reports as required. Managing deadlines. Updating the IP management database, ensuring all relevant information is added. Arranging payment of IP renewals. Generally carrying out IP formalities processes. This role is an excellent opportunity to further your skills and develop your career within an international law firm.
