Position: IP Solutions Engineer
Creative Technology UK is seeking to recruit an IP Solutions Engineer to join the Integrated Networks team in Crawley! We are looking for someone who will provide technical and equipment expertise to the Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Account Directors as required to deliver the events and projects Creative Technology are world renowned for. Responsibilities: Assist in the selection and configuration of equipment, services, and systems. Convey technical information and suggest well-thought-out technical solutions to problems. Explain complex principles to less technically minded clients. Stay at the cutting edge of IP workflows for uncompressed video and audio transport at live events. Document systems and instructions, train full-time and freelance staff, and deliver remote support. Qualifications: Deep understanding of SMPTE-2110 technologies and protocols. In-depth knowledge of network architecture, IP infrastructure, deployment of virtual machines and Docker environments. Experience with monitoring systems and SND orchestration. Knowledge of video and audio technology and standards within broadcast or live event workflows. The role involves being involved in multiple projects at any given time, some of which will require your presence on site.
