Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a modern firm of Chartered Accountants based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. This small but prominent firm offers a variety of services to their wide range of clients. You will have the opportunity to exercise autonomy over your work and ensure that your work is varied and interesting. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for: Review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Review of corporate and personal tax returns. Meet with clients both on-site and off-site to perform sign off meetings for accounts and tax returns. Develop strong long-term relationships with clients through the management of your own small portfolio of clients. Increase the size of your portfolio by taking on new clients.
To qualify for this Senior Accountant opportunity, ideally you should:
Have at least 3+ years of practice experience in a relevant role. Be either AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. Feel confident liaising with clients and colleagues to assist in the growth of the firm.
What's on offer?
Flexitime hours. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. Bonus Scheme. Parking available. Salary from £35,000 p/a to £40,000 p/a.
