The role will combine Investor Assistant duties such as updating Dealcloud with Investor info (contact information, meetings/notes) and run necessary reports and briefing packs for investor meetings. Meeting coordination - schedule meetings and calls and manage calendars. Manage all IR documents and prepare for investor meetings - print and bind meeting materials and prepare meeting reports. Prepare intricate itineraries and assist with trip planning and follow-up. Providing EA support, including calendar management, booking and coordinating travel arrangements, preparing detailed travel itineraries, and inbox management if required. Running reports on Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Using CRM systems. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have had to provide assistant support in a similar role with prior IR Assistant and EA support, be incredibly organised, multitask, and be able to take ownership of the role. Proficient I.T skills and have a good understanding of the private equity/investment sector are also necessary.
