Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs. Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised IT services, support, and products to clients. Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring smooth delivery of services. Desirables:
