The Role of The IT and Digital Skills Trainer We’re seeking an experienced IT and Digital Skills Trainer to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Level 2 digital and IT programs. Topics include:

• Cyber Security • Digital Skills • Presentation Software • Computer Programming • Digital Graphics • Networking • IT Technical Support • Spreadsheets • Digital Skills Projects

Key Details • Location: Remote, with one day per month in the Central London office. • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. • Hours: 37.5 hours per week. • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays. • Development: Access to comprehensive training and clear career progression pathways.

Responsibilities of TheIT and Digital Skills Trainer • Deliver interactive training sessions on IT and digital topics to diverse learners. • Conduct initial assessments to identify learner strengths and provide tailored support. • Mentor learners, supporting their progression through apprenticeships or further education. • Maintain accurate learner records, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency in teaching delivery.

What We’re Looking For? • Qualifications: PGCE, CertEd, or Level 4 teaching qualification (Level 3 considered if working towards Level 4). • Experience: Proven ability to deliver engaging IT training, preferably via remote learning platforms. • Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in IT/digital fields with relevant certifications. • Skills: Strong organisational skills and a commitment to safeguarding and quality standards. • Background: Experience in apprenticeships or adult education is highly desirable.
