This role offers an attractive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 and the opportunity to work with a diverse array of systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business process planning, managing and maintaining systems, and contributing to project work which may involve some business analysis. This role provides a unique opportunity to liaise with various stakeholders within the organisation and outside parties. What you'll do: Support business process planning. Manage and maintain systems. Contribute to project work which may involve some business analysis. Administrate, maintain and manage systems as a System Administrator. Carry out system operation, maintenance and management under the supervision of System Administrator as a System Operator. Plan and carry out system access control including organizing IT security training for users as a Security Administrator. Carry out system account creation, change and deletion under the supervision of Security Administrator as a Security Operator. Support the Assistant Manager of Business Processing Group and the Head of IT. Carry out other duties as requested by the Assistant Manager, Head of IT or the General Manager. What you bring: Educated to degree level Experience in supporting systems & applications across all areas front to back including systems used for Trade Capture, Middle & Back Office operations, Static & Market data capture and distribution, Risk, PnL. Confidence in dealing with traders and middle office across multiple asset classes (FX, Futures, Rates, OTC Derivatives etc) Familiarity with trade, static and market data required in trade flow. Understanding of banking services and operational processes Experience in supporting a complex .NET application suite and SQL Server environments Interest in software development and ability to implement code changes in .NET, SQL, Python, and PowerShell Fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills and a pro-active attitude.
