£47,683 + depending on experience What you’ll be doing:
You will manage incidents and requests through our ITSM toolset Service Now, and contribute to, and maintain a support knowledge base. You will support Operational Readiness Reviews and manage service-related release activities supporting the relevant service leads. You’ll facilitate Air wide services including supporting the roll out of Win11 feature updates, supporting general patching processes, and supporting a wide range of application services both internal and external to the ESCC (Engineering System Competency Centre), and supporting the creation of new services. You will coordinate the ESCC wide maintenance activities regarding service documentation (i.e. Service Definition reviews, Service Continuity Plan reviews etc). You will provide specialist advice on toolset usage to the user base, monitoring infrastructure and trend analyses and reporting on toolset data, and service statistics. You will support licence renewal, hosting and utilisation monitoring activities. Your skills and experiences:
IT support background with experience in setting up IT services and setting up allocations. Experience in 2nd line support/ticket management. Experience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow. ITILv3 or v4 qualifications would be desirable. An engineering background. Benefits:
