IT Applications Project Manager, Pharmaceutical, c£60k + bonus + benefits Fantastic opportunity exists with this rapidly expanding Technology and Business Change Consultancy for an experienced IT Applications Project Manager with experience of the Pharmaceutical sector to join their team. Working in a hybrid Waterfall / Agile environment you will be responsible for project managing a variety of IT projects, predominantly applications (though with some infrastructure work) impacting the manufacturing shop floor needing Pharma experience of ideally PharmaSuite, Chromeleon and CAPA requirements as well as a good understanding of a GxP regulated environment. You will be ideally Prince 2 and/or Agile qualified with solid understanding of traditional project management principles and software development life cycle models as well as good knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall practices with the ability to blend them together, if required, to fit a project and business environment. You will be responsible for the management of the full life-cycle delivery of key business application projects including the required business process changes to enable successful go-lives and embedding. E.g. CRM rollouts, finance system migrations / ERP system implementations, monolithic application to micro architecture or similar. You can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing software, digital, infrastructure and cloud services projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects. You have prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with team-level application and infrastructure projects and experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including Developers, Infrastructure engineers, Solution Designers, Business Analysts, Project Analysts and QA Test. The role is predominantly a remote working / home-based position and offers a salary up to £60k + up to 10% bonus + benefits (dependent upon experience – there may be some small flexibility on salary).
