We are seeking an experienced IT Assurance Manager (ITCO) to join our Gallagher-UK & EMEA Technology Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, supporting, and managing IT compliance to ensure all IT applications and supporting infrastructure meet Gallagher IT Policies and regulatory requirements such as Data Privacy, SOX, and CASS. How you'll make an impact :

Ensure the IT Assurance Team fully understands goals, scope, and outcomes.

Lead and coach the organization through annual corporate compliance activities (e.g., SOX, CASS, CE+).

Provide management with assurance on IT compliance with group policies and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, Data Privacy).

Ensure all M&A IT and infrastructure meet Gallagher IT Policy standards during onboarding.

Collaborate with colleagues, other business areas, and External Audit to improve IT compliance quality.

Enhance IT knowledge and utilization within the organization.

Identify, propose, and lead improvements to existing approaches and processes.

Actively participate in the Gallagher IT community.

Participate in selection interviews for IT Assurance team members and other practitioners.

Mentor and coach team members to support their development.

Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinate and align IT Compliance processes with IT Risk and Assurance colleagues across the Group.

Develop and implement mitigating controls where solutions are not available within the Group.

Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT Assurance, Quarterly Review Tasks, Audit, and IT Policy queries for GGB-UK.

Support the IT Risk & Compliance function with input for the Risk Committee.

Identify and implement solutions for enhanced assurance activities, such as automated assurance.

Oversee the Application Inventory and Internal Review site to ensure entries are current and accurate.

Understand organizational hierarchies and decision-makers.

Engage confidently with stakeholders, influencing and persuading effectively.

Articulate goals and motivate others towards achievement.

Manage interactions between networking systems and devices.

Knowledge of system software (e.g., Windows, Cloud Services) and IT/IS infrastructure (e.g., databases, LANs).

Conduct structured reviews of technical work products.

Compare IT products analytically to meet business needs.

Prepare and present business cases and proposals.

Manage quality within IT practices (e.g., TickITplus, ISO9001).

Establish and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
