I am excited to announce an opening for an IT Business Analyst, a pivotal role that will support our technological advancement in the Sizewell C project. Based in our London, St Pauls office, you will work closely with functional leads and partners to identify and document the technological needs of the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Capturing, documenting, and prioritising business requirements. Assisting in the production of business cases to quantify potential benefits. Defining and documenting 'as is' and 'to be' processes. Handing off agreed business requirements to technical teams. Providing ongoing support to address any queries or ambiguities in requirements. Promoting and embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work. Leading and fostering a positive Nuclear Safety Culture. We're looking for someone who: Has strong communication skills and can effectively liaise with peers, other functions, delivery partners, and client teams. Has previous experience in a Business Analyst role. Can navigate conflicts to reach sensible compromises. Possesses experience in stakeholder management. Has run Gap Analysis workshops. Desirable skills include: Experience in the infrastructure industry. Understanding of 'systems thinking' with the ability to dive into details. Accreditation from a recognised governing body.
