Job Title: IT Business Analyst / Product Owner Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 Months+ Location: 100% Remote (EU Time Zones)
Overview: Our client is seeking experienced IT Business Analysts / Product Owners to join their team and assist with complex, global-scale client requests. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with senior or lead experience to contribute to impactful projects. These positions will be fully remote, with a requirement to work in alignment with EU time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and technical specifications. Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes. Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with client needs and project goals. Provide strategic guidance and leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives. Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner role, with a focus on global or large-scale projects. Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience in leading teams and managing product backlogs in an Agile environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote, EU time zone-based team. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with complex client needs.
Desirable: Experience in senior or lead-level positions within IT business analysis or product management.
