We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst specializing in Sustainable Finance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, enabling the successful delivery of sustainable finance initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across sustainability, finance, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that support our sustainability objectives. Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for sustainable finance initiatives, including ESG data management, green finance reporting, and regulatory compliance. Solution Design : Partner with IT architects and developers to design technology solutions that align with sustainable finance objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and usability. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the liaison between business units, sustainability teams, and IT, ensuring alignment of goals and clear communication throughout project lifecycles. Data Analysis : Analyze financial and non-financial ESG data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements and reporting enhancements. Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend IT-driven solutions to improve the execution of sustainable finance strategies. Compliance and Standards : Ensure technology solutions meet industry standards, including regulatory requirements and ESG reporting frameworks like TCFD, SASB, and GRI. Testing and Validation : Oversee the development and execution of test plans to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and deliver intended outcomes. Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of implemented systems. Qualifications

Required

Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of sustainable finance principles, including ESG factors, green financing, and impact investing. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Experience with IT systems supporting financial reporting, risk management, or ESG data analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for sustainable finance (e.g., EU Taxonomy, SFDR). Preferred

Experience with sustainability-focused platforms or tools like Workiva, EcoAct, or similar. Advanced knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
