Our Glasgow client is undertaking a strategic review of their IT capability, including their systems and processes. An IT Business Partner is required to assist in the change and implementation of new technologies throughout the organisation. The role holder will be a key figure in managing the relationship between IT, Operations, Senior Management, and Suppliers.
Responsibilities
Direct on implementing technology and continuous improvement in line with the change strategy. Act as a conduit between Senior Management, IT Teams, and IT Suppliers. Construct and deliver the IT Change Plans. Be the point of escalation for all IT activity in your business area. Act as business contact for configuration & onboarding of new clients. Work closely with IT Infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality infrastructure (desktops, hardware, networks, security) across the organisation. Review IT incidents and assist the service desk with managing and prioritising incidents. Take the lead on internal technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Skillset
Knowledge and hands-on experience of change management methodologies. A solid understanding of IT systems/infrastructure and how it can be utilised for business growth. Proven project management capabilities with accompanying qualifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.). Demonstrable experience working with and supporting Enterprise Change/IT/Operations functions. Working knowledge of cyber security disciplines. Next Steps
