Your new role We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to act as the primary liaison between our IT department and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technology and business processes, and will be responsible for ensuring that IT services align with the needs of the business. You will:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Work with IT teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that IT projects are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget. Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Monitor and report on the performance of IT services and solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with project management and change management. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
