ROLE PURPOSE In this newly created position, you will be responsible for implementing and establishing a robust IT Change Management practice. Working closely with IT Operations, Solution Architects, Project Managers, BAU support teams and 3rd party service providers, ensuring adherence to the IT Operational Change Management Policy and approved processes across all environments. Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed, working closely with IT Service Management and Business Stakeholders. You will have a key role in the continuous shaping and improvement of the Change Management Practice, this includes assessing and evaluating the current processes and designing and implementing necessary changes to ensure they align with ITIL4 best practices and are fit for purpose. A responsibility of the role focuses on the management of the transition of major changes to existing services, and/or the launch of new services, in order to avoid undesired consequences. You will have the opportunity to define and implement the new change management process across the GGS Group of companies to improve our internal IT services, this role will require you to be involved in all aspects of change management in an individual contributor role, and be key in managing the own schedule of change. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Establishes, embedding, educating and delivering the process for change management. Ensuring that each change follows the complete procedure to ensure minimum disruption to IT services, and that all approved changes are implemented as planned Defining the change workflow and where needed refining the Change Management policy to reflect revised methodology. This includes maintaining a reporting system of all changes Ensure compliance to the Change Process for new starters to ensure full adherence to policies and processes from all support, development teams and business teams Evaluates all requests for change (RFCs) to determine the impact on business processes and IT services, and to assess whether change will adversely affect the operational environment and

introduce unacceptable risk Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensures the CAB has the information needed to evaluate changes Producing and publishing the consolidated forward schedule of IT changes to all IT and Business stakeholders Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing, and implementation, in accordance with schedules Engaging with senior managers to resolve change conflicts. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS Education and Experience: A technical degree or professional qualification ITIL v4 experience, with practitioner certification in change management preferable Familiar with controls and audit compliance (SOX) Experience in project management and knowledge of approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Experience of ServiceNow change management application

Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of deployment and implementation methodologies (Agile, EDM, infrastructure etc.) of related technical change management experience Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle Understanding of configuration management principles Knowledge of Information Security controls and advantage Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills Strong relationship, interpersonal, and team skills Highly self-motivated and directed Excellent attention to detail.
