The following content displays a map of the job's location - Hybrid/London The IT Collaboration Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining collaboration and communication systems within the organisation. This role ensures that employees can effectively communicate and collaborate across various platforms, fostering a productive and seamless work environment. The IT Collaboration Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimise tools that support messaging, video conferencing, file sharing, and other collaborative functions. Their goal is to enhance the efficiency of communication and collaboration processes, ensuring the organisation remains agile, connected, and competitive. Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage M365 tenants and O365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and PowerPlatform Apps. Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure and Entra ID. Manage and maintain Active Directory Domain Services across subsidiaries. Troubleshoot issues and raise changes to resolve problems or improve the operational performance of related systems. Ensure seamless integration between collaboration platforms and other IT systems. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Automate routine processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads. Propose and implement best practices to continuously improve the organisation’s communication infrastructure. Generate reports on system usage, performance, and incidents to inform decision-making. Support cross-functional initiatives that require seamless communication and collaboration. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required – Essential

Strong knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform Apps. Experience with Unified Communications systems, including VoIP, video conferencing, and messaging platforms. Working with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell). Expertise with Windows desktop and server environments. Experience with managing and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services. Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and industry compliance standards. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues with collaboration systems. Ability to manage and mitigate risks associated with system downtime or data breaches. Experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required – Desirable

ITIL Foundation. Experience administrating at a global level (Azure / EntraID). Experience administrating at domain admin level (Active Directory). Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud is advantageous.
