Communications Specialist

with previous experience producing IT / Tech communications to assist in technology adoption is required by Logic Engagements to work for our client, a well-established global company based in Leeds (Hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office).

The IT Adoption and Communications Specialist will focus on the drive of the adoption of systems, tools, processes, and technologies across the practice. This will require multichannel communications that measure and understand impact and adoption.

The IT Adoption and Communications Specialist will own, manage, and build on the existing framework for internal company messaging and devise processes to improve engagement and increase the adoption of Information Technologies within the business.

In order to be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate the following experience: Required Skills:

Excellent communicator who can talk with specialists and distil important aspects from technical information for different audiences. Strong organisational skills with planning experience. Experience of driving adoption of systems, tools, processes, and technologies. A flair for copywriting and creating interesting and memorable content. Ability to select appropriate media to create brochures, infographics, digital signage, presentations, how-to guides, FAQs, posters, and email campaigns. Emotionally Intelligent - can communicate empathetically. Considers cultural sensitivities, and equitable and inclusive messaging to diverse groups. Practical knowledge of creating internal business social media content or communications. Time management - completing projects within designated guidelines. Can multitask in a fast-paced business environment. Able to manage small projects independently. Can create content using Adobe Creative Suite and screen recording software. Qualifications in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or related field would be preferred.
