Location: London 3 days a week, 2 days home
Salary: £70,000 plus bonus + benefits
We're looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join an industry leading & UK renowned organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success!
You'd be responsible for leading & driving the successful delivery of technology solutions across Product & CRM. A pivotal role in ensuring that these solutions not only are delivered efficiently but also align to the wider business goals and digital initiatives.
The function you'd be aligned to plays a critical role in the wider organisations strategy.
Key Skills & Experience:
Project Delivery:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and driving strategic business outcomes. Strategy:
Support the wider Senior Technology Managers in ensuring that the work of different squads align with the broader strategic goals. Programme:
Maintain oversight of the wider portfolio/programme, coordinating activities to ensure a consistent approach to deliverables. Work closely with both Product & CRM squads to facilitate collaboration and ensure smooth delivery. Change & Release:
Collaborate with wider IT teams to manage and ensure a smooth change & release process, making sure that changes are implemented smoothly without disruption. Stakeholder Management:
Identify & engage with key stakeholders, providing clear and regular updates on projects, issues, risks, etc. We're looking for someone who has proven experience in an IT Delivery role focused around an Agile, Product environment. Ideally, you'll have experience working with Salesforce, if not a similar level enterprise CRM.
