Support our Joint Venture digital programme, covering Eastern Green Link 2 and 3 (EGL2 and 3) and the Digital Platforms that will enhance the delivery of our Large Capital Projects (both onshore and offshore). Manage, lead, and coach a small team of Digital Change Analysts, being hands-on and leading by example. Create visually impactful materials and slides. Conduct strong stakeholder management and impact assessments. Demonstrate a strong passion for change and effectively communicate this to the team and senior stakeholders. Exhibit strong confidence in managing and focusing on quality. Oversee change measurements and tracking. Provide strong leadership experience across multiple projects and programmes.
