This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital services and supporting both staff and students. As an IT Digital Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our IT & Digital Support team. You will offer expert second-line support across a range of hardware and software issues, with a particular focus on user administration. Your experience with Active Directory and SCCM will be key to ensuring smooth operations across our network and devices. IT Digital Support Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality technical support for staff and students across all IT systems. Managing and maintaining mobile equipment to meet the needs of the College's curriculum and business requirements. Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimise disruption. Empowering staff with training and guidance to make the most of digital tools and technologies. IT Digital Support Engineer - You:

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in IT support and a strong technical background. Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and user administration. A passion for technology and a commitment to supporting others in developing their digital skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Essential Qualifications:

Maths and English GCSE at Grade C / 4 or equivalent Level 4 or above in a relevant subject area or equivalent knowledge and experience.
