In conjunction with the CIO, develop and deliver the company's local technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the business strategy/goals and global policies and requirements. IT Budget:
Coordinate the budget (to be agreed with CFO) by process and managing any trade-offs. Demand Collection:
Oversee the management of the company's local IT infrastructure and operations across multiple sites. Manage the IT revenue and Capex budgets. Customer Satisfaction and Service Level:
Manage relationships and performance of local providers and support partners. Ensure global service providers are meeting the performance and support needs of the organisation. Build strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, to ensure that the IT service delivered, IT operating model, and strategic IT investment is fully aligned to the company's strategy and growth ambitions. Build strong relationships with the parent organisation's IT leaders, to ensure the delivery of appropriate synergies, and the alignment of the local IT service with global policies, suppliers, and solutions. Application Solution and Projects:
Lead the implementation and local management of enterprise software, including solutions in the SAP ecosystem (SAP S4 Hana, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP Business Technology Platform & SAP Integrated Business Planning), Microsoft 365, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Oracle EPM. Act as a subject matter expert on data strategy, protection, and cyber security. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems. Review the requirements, align with key business stakeholders, and implement an industrial computing strategy. Evaluate and advance the delivery and deployment of AI technologies and solutions, articulating how they will provide us with a competitive advantage, improve business processes, and reduce the administrative burden of our colleagues.
