IT Engineer - Derby - £30K
I am recruiting on behalf of my client based in Derby for an IT Engineer to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing both internal and external IT support across their base.
Responsibilities:
Supporting a user base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
Providing technical support for desktop, infrastructure and networks
Escalating issues to senior members of the support team
Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
Travelling to different sites around the UK
