Key Responsibilities
Commission, configure, and maintain Access Control Systems such as Gallagher, Paxton, Brivo, or equivalent technologies. Implement and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including HikVision, Avigilon, Milestone, and related platforms. Collaborate with clients and team members to design and deploy tailored solutions for security and IT infrastructure. Analyse and resolve technical issues, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and minimal downtime. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery. Required Skills and Experience
Proficiency with Access Control Systems (e.g., Gallagher, Paxton, Brivo). Solid understanding of CCTV systems and experience working with platforms such as HikVision, Avigilon, and Milestone. Strong problem-solving skills and a technical, logical thought process. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and report writing. Working knowledge of web technologies, networking, and online transactions.
