Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the site.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime.
Manage user accounts and permissions within a Windows-based environment.
Assist in projects involving system upgrades and new technology deployments.
Document technical procedures and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Collaborate with IT teams for seamless workflow and best practice sharing.
Requirements
Proven experience in an IT technician role.
Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
