Minimum Requirements: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of network administration, systems security, and cloud services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff. Familiarity with legal tech software and case management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
