Robinson Talent Partners is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our technology division. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to support the firm's legal operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing top-notch IT support. Key Responsibilities: System Design and Implementation:

Develop and implement IT systems that meet the firm's operational needs, ensuring optimal performance and security. Network Management:

Oversee the firm's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency in all communications and data transfers. Technical Support:

Provide expert technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner. Security Management:

Monitor and enhance cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and comply with legal regulations. Software Management:

Manage software installations, updates, and licensing, ensuring that the firm operates with the latest technology. Training and Development:

Provide training and support to team members on the use of IT systems and applications, fostering a culture of technological proficiency. Minimum Requirements: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of network administration, systems security, and cloud services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff. Familiarity with legal tech software and case management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
