IT Environment and Build Lead , you’ll take charge of managing application test environments and coordinating infrastructure requests for servers and Azure resources. You’ll ensure systems are robust, cost-effective, and scalable, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration and operations. What you will be responsible for: Development, testing, and production of environments while maintaining performance and stability IT-wide Liaising with the IT Release Manager to deliver accurate and timely releases Challenge and collaborate with stakeholders to design, optimise and manage IT resources while minimising costs Developing strategies and implementing tools for environment and build management to enhance processes Resolving environment and build-related issues while staying ahead of technological trends. What experience you will bring: Proven track record in managing hybrid, on-premise and Azure cloud environments Technical expertise in Azure infrastructure, Windows Server, and application hosting A strong background in deployment automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of environment management tools and strategies for performance optimisation Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and technical teams A proactive mindset for troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has a proven track record as an
