Job Summary: As an IT Expert at CAREROSE CARE Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our information technology systems to ensure the seamless operation of our home care services in the Colchester/Harlow area. Your expertise in IT infrastructure and support will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our caregiving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of IT systems.

User Support:

Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.

Offer guidance and training to staff on IT tools and systems.

Network Security:

Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.

Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

System Optimization:

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Implement upgrades and enhancements to improve overall IT functionality.

Data Management:

Oversee data backup and recovery processes to prevent data loss.

Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with IT vendors to ensure the procurement of necessary hardware, software, and services.

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Expert or in a similar IT role.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
