Proven track record of providing excellent 1st/2nd line IT Support Proven track record in installing hardware and software onsite Have a full UK driving license Basic knowledge of Windows Server platform from 2012-2016 & Microsoft Exchange Fluent in supporting Microsoft Office Suite from 2013+ Confident at basic firewall / router related configurations as well as business firewall ports, IPv4 & DNS Working Hours and Benefits:
