Main Duties:
Provide 3rd line support to clients, resolving complex IT issues both on-site and remotely.
Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of high-level incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' businesses.
Work on key IT projects, from planning to implementation, contributing to the overall success of client IT environments.
Provide proactive support and guidance, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions before they escalate.
Work with clients to optimize and enhance their IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure, efficient, and up to date.
Tech Stack:
Office 365 - migrations and ongoing support
Windows Server - administration and troubleshooting
Networking - Routers/Switches, firewalls, and VPNs
