Your Background - IT Field Service Engineer, Windows / Linux To be considered for this role you should have:
A strong background in an IT field service engineer or IT technical support role. Windows knowledge, server and workstation management and configuration. Linux knowledge. General networking skills. Basic understanding of virtualization and storage technologies. SQL knowledge is a plus.
