As an IT Field Support Engineer for our rapidly growing software client, you will primarily be based at customer sites (Redruth, Goonhavern, Penzance, Lizard) supporting multiple organisations with various environments, operating systems, and hardware. You will support senior engineers on project work and carry out maintenance on server and networking hardware. You will act as a point of contact for your customers and play a key part in their IT strategy.
Key skills and qualifications required for this IT Field Support Engineer role:
Working in a service desk or support role
Customer-focused roles and dealing with a wide range of people
Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
Supporting Windows Client OS
Supporting Microsoft Office
Active Directory tools
Basic understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Have or working towards Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals/Educator
Full Driving License
