A support engineer handles questions and incidents and can be deployed to solve on-site hardware problems, making the tasks versatile and dynamic. After internal training in our software packages and business processes, you will be co-responsible for handling incidents in our ServiceDesk system. You will be the point of contact for the end user and will be in close contact with the infrastructure team and the development team. You will share your experience regarding the operation of new technologies and provide the end user with useful tips to use these technologies as efficiently as possible. Your responsibilities mainly consist of daily support: Installing and configuring hardware, including computers, scanners, laser printers, label printers, mobile phones, VoIP telephony, along with supporting time tracking, software installations, network usage, and more. Managing access rights and user accounts. Monitoring and supporting the Warehouse Management System and configuring the software according to operational needs. Additionally, you will make a proactive contribution to our Lean Six Sigma work methodology. Profile:
You possess a bachelor's degree in IT or have initial experience in an IT role. You have basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365. You have solid experience with computer hardware and software, peripherals, networks, and telephony. You are a flexible team player with a customer-friendly, service-oriented attitude. You are eager to learn and result-oriented. You are willing to perform tasks at other sites when support is needed. What do we offer?
