Are you a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, looking to take the next step in your career by joining a leading precision manufacturer, primarily operating in the Aerospace sector? Our client is well-established within the Manufacturing sector and is seeking a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to get involved in various projects as well as assisting with 1st and 2nd Line BAU support.
Job Description
Take ownership to ensure all work and changes to the infrastructure are performed in such a way as to minimise disruption to existing business use. Support, install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SAN, Networking, Firewalls, Cisco Switches and Routers. Administration and patch management of VMWare within the Datacentre. Hands-on installation, configuration and management of server racks. Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience of working within a VMWare environment. Experience of installing and supporting Windows applications and servers. Proven experience of working as a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer. SQL Administration. Company Benefits
