Significant experience in an IT infrastructure role. Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are desirable. Strong proficiency in Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and VMWare. Familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco switches), SQL, and Veeam backup solutions.
