Senior Infrastructure Engineer
to join Centrica's Infrastructure Engineering team to drive innovation with Azure and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Puppet, Terraform, and will be proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. Additionally, expertise in Microsoft Defender and Kusto Query Language (KQL) is highly desirable. Location:
Home-based with occasional travel to Windsor Key Responsibilities: Design and manage scalable, secure infrastructure on Azure and AWS. Develop automation scripts using Puppet, Terraform, PowerShell, and DSC. Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for high availability. Implement security best practices and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues. Maintain documentation and generate performance reports using KQL. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams. Enhance Active Directory functionality and security.
