Concept are seeking IT installation Engineers located within the Worcestershire / DY area. You will be working for a leading IT services company and responsible for installations and decommissions UK wide, so a flexible approach to areas of coverage is essential along with staying away onsite for periods of time. Key Responsibilities:

New Installations / decommissions and collection of older kit Decommissioning of existing hardware Fault finding and simple fixes (resolving network issues and any hardware or possible software issues – although rare) Cable Management Reports PC/Laptop builds hardware and possible software Installation of printers The Candidate:

Deliver professionalism and quality in all tasks and interactions Adherence to company policies and procedures Support the company’s continuous improvement ethos Strong IT knowledge, intermediate level MS Excel is desirable A good knowledge of computers and their components Excellent communication skills Able to manage own time effectively Working as part of a team and independently Full UK driving license, Travelling nationally to customer sites Essential Functions or Physical Demands:

Driving up to 3.5t vehicles nationally around the UK Staying away for projects as and when the business needs Good physical abilities, ability to handball, pallet work The Package:

Up to £26,000 (based on 37.5 hrs) – shift pattern basis 5am – 7 pm Overtime rates when applicable Up to £150 PD for weekends 23 days leave + BH 5% workplace pension Eye care cover Employee discounts (Ebay) Van + fuel (collected from office) The Application:
