IT Leader - Project Management

Salary:
£70,000 plus - depending on skills and experience with executive car allowance and bonus on top.
What you’ll be doing: Managing project budget, forecasting and progression. Creating, reviewing and submitting business cases and bid proposals. Controlling and directing resources to meet business and functional priorities whilst managing the performance of deployed multi-disciplinary project team. Operating Project/Programme management processes for Risk, Issue, Dependency and Actions. Chair Steering Boards and other governance processes. Continuously work on improving our processes, controls and strategy. Supporting the generation of Product Delivery Roadmaps. Executing functional / product group financial control processes and forecasting.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential: Good project management experience with exposure to manufacturing tool implementation e.g. CAD/PLM. Strong experience within forecasting and budgetary control across large and complex projects. Proven experience within the use of Agile Method / SAFE Method. Strong stakeholder management experience.
Desirable: Experience of Siemens Portfolio of Products is desired.

You will have overall control of large-scale transformation and implementation projects across the engineering community. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
