Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the stability, security, and efficiency of IT network infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT managed services providers while transitioning to in-house IT resources.
Support the implementation of a company-wide ERP system.
Provide day-to-day IT support for the team.
What You Bring:
Strong knowledge in network management (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching).
Expertise in scalable, secure systems architecture.
Proficiency in software such as Creo, PTC Windchill, and Oracle NetSuite.
Experience with operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, UNIX).
Knowledge of database management and cloud computing platforms.
Technical Environment:
Hyper-V virtualisation on Dell servers.
Dell PCs, Sophos hardware firewalls, fibre links, and StarLink internet redundancy.
