on site daily and hold a drivers license and own a vehicle. Role:
You’ll provide critical second-line support for a range of prestigious educational institutions across Merseyside. From managing IT systems and networks to resolving complex technical challenges, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth-running tech operations. While education is our primary focus, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on IT projects for corporate clients, offering a diverse and varied experience. Daily you will:
Provide expert second-line IT support to schools, universities, and other educational institutions. Manage and optimise IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure peak performance. Conduct on-site visits across Merseyside, offering both technical support and strategic IT guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively. Seniority level
