Responsibilities of the IT Manager include:
Providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organisation. Being the subject matter expert in delivering 2nd Line support for IT incidents. Management of up to 8 members of staff. Monitoring and managing requests for assistance ensuring they are properly logged, assigned, and responded to in a timely manner. Streamlining processes and shifting demand left to the ServiceDesk to reduce response and resolution times and enhance customer satisfaction. Attending meetings and contributing to the assessment of business and service requirements and the design of the technical architecture for IT services. The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience of maintaining information systems and security. Experience of working in a technical environment. Extensive experience of the process of integrating systems.
