Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT manager to oversee our organisation's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing IT projects effectively. The IT manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, as well as implementing new technologies to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and databases. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data. Plan and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure the availability of critical systems and services. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar role. Strong technical background with expertise in network administration, systems integration, and cybersecurity. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results on time and within budget. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are a plus. Experience in the automation industry is desirable but not essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
