Network Automation Tester

on a contract basis. This role involves working on innovative network automation projects, where you will ensure the quality and reliability of our systems. We are seeking an expert with strong knowledge of

Robot Framework ,

Python , and network automation testing, as well as hands-on experience with

Kubernetes

and

Docker . Key Responsibilities: Design and implement automated test cases for network automation solutions, leveraging the Robot Framework and Python. Test network automation workflows and ensure the optimal performance of telecommunications networks. Collaborate with network engineers, developers, and other teams to define and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Work with Kubernetes and Docker to test network services and applications in containerized environments. Automate test cases for various network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs) and ensure adherence to industry standards. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve network automation issues, reporting results and improvements. Continuously enhance testing methodologies and processes for efficient and reliable outcomes. Provide detailed feedback and documentation on network performance and testing outcomes to key stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Network Automation Tester in the telecommunications industry. Expert-level proficiency in Robot Framework and Python for developing and executing automated tests. Strong understanding of network automation tools and protocols such as Ansible, Netmiko, TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, etc. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for testing in containerized environments. Familiarity with cloud-native networking and orchestration environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver on tight timelines. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced contract environment.
