Dealing with outsourced IT company on a daily basis - reporting new issues, changes, network problems etc. Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, iPads, mobile phones as directed. Assist with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving. Help install and improve computer software and network equipment. New Recruits Administration - set up of PC or laptop with support from outsourced IT company. Set up computers for new users and ensure delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary. Update company phone lists and email address books. Update asset list. Help Desk Administration:
Help answer all trouble calls/emails and enter work orders into the company system. Assist in administering and maintaining local and web-based applications. Liaise with outsourced company. Interact with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicate with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality. Provide responses to internal clients in a timely manner. Setting up work mobiles to ensure work emails can be accessed. Setting up of WIFI/dongles and sending to site. Daily management of technology assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, and tablets using our centralized asset management system. IT Administrator’s Key Skills:
Offer admin support to troubleshoot the Windows Operating Systems (95%), Apple OS X Operating Systems (5%), other software applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Office, Teams, SharePoint. Working knowledge of Apple IOS devices (Minimal). Basic understanding of managing printer servers. Office Administrator:
