The Senior IT Operations Analyst will be based in London, as part of a global IT team for our client, a financial services business. You'll focus on delivering efficient IT operations to users in multiple offices in Europe and the USA. The role would suit a professional looking to take the next step in their career development. There are opportunities to move internally and internationally within the business. Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years’ work experience and a passion for information technology. You will have to demonstrate this through personal growth and development. The successful candidate will need to articulate a drive to learn more about financial services and have a keen interest in emerging technologies. This individual will be working across three areas – Development, Support, and InfoSec. Although you’ll work across all functions, you will be able to choose your focus from one of three key areas: DevOps, Desktop Support, or Information Security. The role offers the opportunity to develop skills across a broad range of topics including software development, hardware, cloud & AI services. Our client is using technology to drive digital transformation in the credit markets and you will play an active part in this.
