Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP). Develop, review and enforce IT policies. Ensure robust data protection, regulatory compliance and cybersecurity. Develop & test business continuity and disaster recovery plan. Oversee IT budget and maintain vendor relationships. Drive technology transformation. Evaluate, select, and configure new tools. Oversee & manage hands-on internal IT infrastructure such as GitHub and Atlassian. Manage relationships with our Technology IT Partner and our Security Partner. Identify and recommend relevant IT training programs for staff. Develop monthly reports. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, etc.) are highly valuable. 3+ years' experience in a Senior IT role AND 3+ years' experience in a Hands-on IT role. Skills in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity and operational risks. Expertise in creating and enforcing IT policies and processes. Experience creating and maintaining detailed documentation. Ideally experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading an IT team. Ideally experience leading IT transformations and adapting to growth. Willingness to provide direct support for IT infrastructure when needed. Professional Competencies Strong communication skills. Strategic thinking. Proactive and Forward-Thinking.
